Stephen Gassman is the senior partner in the firm of Gassman Baiamonte Gruner, P.C., Garden City, N.Y. which limits its practice to matrimonial and family law. 

Ms. Baiamonte was admitted to the Bar in January, 1994. Since admission to the Bar, Ms. Baiamonte has been engaged exclusively in the practice of matrimonial and family law.

Joshua B. Gruner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware in 1997 and received an Advanced Honors Certificate upon graduation. 

Dari Last was admitted to the Bar in September, 2011. Since admission to the Bar, Mrs. Last has been engaged exclusively in the practice of matrimonial and family law. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 2007) and New York Law School (J.D., 2010).  

Byron C. Chou graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, where he was the recipient of the Sidney M. and Sylvia B. Feldman Memorial Scholarship. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law where he was the recipient of the Kenneth Wang Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Chou has a diversified background in matrimonial law, forensic accounting, finance, and business valuation.

Karen Bodner is a 1977 graduate from Emory University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Bodner received a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1980, where she won first place in the Wormser Moot Court Competition.

Adina L. Phillips graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from St. John’s University, where she was selected to be a Provost’s Scholar, participating in a study-abroad session at the University’s campus in Paris and completing a Capstone project.

Timothy M. Tippins has engaged in family law practice for more than 25 years. He served as President of the New York Chapter of the Academy, Chair of the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Family Law, and Chair of the NYSBA Family Law Section.
